  Our experience with Local Pools was excellent right from the start with Grant up until the very end with handover with Renee. We were kept informed the entire time and had no problems at all, the whole process was very smooth. The Vantage In Floor Cleaning system is awesome, even with all the wind and leaves, the pool is still clean. Would highly recommend Local Pools

  Wow what an experience!! Putting in a pool is exciting and daunting all at once. The team at Local Pools were absolutely fabulous. From the first visit with Grant to the final inspection with Justin. Kathryn and Renee kept me in the loop and kept me sane when dealing with Council. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Great work!

  We just had final handover of our new pool with Justin the owner of local pools. Our experience from the first consultation through to this evening has been fantastic !!
  
  Excavation through to hand over only 3 days and the installers we a great bunch of guys and very professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a pool!

  Fantastic service. Luke and his team are brilliant, honest and go out of their way to help however possible to accommodate.
  
  I was so concerned about getting our pool due to the horror stories told by other people of issues they had with other companies so this stuck in the back of my head but the experience was seamless.
  
  They were so easy to deal with, communication is great and you are not left days without a response when needing something someone always followed up.
  
  Cannot recommend highly enough. And go the vantage system best thing ever!!

  When deciding to have a pool constructed in your back yard, it becomes a journey.
  
  It is a big financial commitment in the 1st instance and to acquire a vision of what your pool and back yard will look like at the end requires careful planning.
  
  I first spoke to Ms. Anita Young at a social gathering and during our conversation, I was able to identify her enthusiastic approach about her knowledge of fibreglass pools and her employment with Local Pools and Spa’s.
  
  I was also apprised by a close friend who has been involved in the Pool Industry for thirty years, who also provided a very supportive response in regards to the vast improvements that had occurred with fibreglass pools Vs a concrete pool and indicated to me that Local Pools and Spa were regarded as the market leaders in fibreglass pool installation.
  
  Hence the journey began and I contacted Anita, who made arrangements for Aaron Crompton (Sales Representative) to attend our home and discuss various designs and potential costs. I must admit, I was quite pedantic with my thoughts, however, Aaron was equally patient with regards to my opinion and looked to provide clear examples of various pool designs that would blend in with our large backyard.
  
  After several meetings with Aaron, and toiling over various designs, my wife Colleen and I, selected a Vogue design 9.4 metre pool, with a beautifully tiled pod feature. I might also mention that the in-floor cleaning system that we installed was not in my initial budget, however, I am so pleased that I accepted Aaron and Anita’s scrutiny of the In floor cleaning system as our pool has remained absolutely spotless, with this innovative technology in place.
  
  The professional response continued with Justin Magro and his pool installation team. Our access to the back yard was limited and to excavate our site required a meticulousness response as the passageway along the side of the home was only 3.5 metre’s wide, yet over 120 tons of dirt were removed without incident.
  
  As our journey progressed, a 130 ton crane lifted our pool, seventy-two (72) metres into the air and the pool shell was positioned in the ground with extreme precision. We then moved into a new phase, with the installation of all drainage and pool filter piping being carefully aligned to the filter system. I might point out that the positioning of the Filtration system was critical as we intended to extend our studio into a second dwelling and the filtration system needed to be positioned behind this extension – perfect.
  
  The journey continued, with the selection of travertine tiling around the pool, building of two identical brick stairs and a brick retaining wall that matched the stairs, glass pool fencing and landscaping to continue our journey.
  
  I think what has impressed me the most has been the professionalism of Local Pools and Spa’s and I can assure you that once your journey is completed, both Renee and Justin Magro (Proprietors) are still only a phone call away, if you need to make any inquiry or seek their assistance.
  
  I have already recommended Local Pools and Spa’s to others and I know of two families that have had their pools installed by Local Pools and Spa’s and from their feedback are equally impressed and satisfied as both Colleen and I have been.
  
  Finally, Local Pools and Spa’s, won a Gold and a Silver Award in 2017, which were presented by Swimming Pools and Spa’s Australia in regards to our pool design. To win these awards are quite prestigious yet, I believe Justin and Renee set the platform in achieving these awards many years prior with the continued commitment and drive for excellence and I know I made the right choice in selecting Local Pools and Spa’s to complete our journey.

  I put my beautiful pool in around 4 years ago now. I chose local pools and spa because of the quality of their pools and the service which they provided and continue to provide. Justin, Renee and the team are simply amazing. The design of their pools offer features that suit all ages. The babies can sit and enjoy the bubbles at the shallow end and the toddlers can test their skills with the different and wide leveled stairs leading into the pool. The ledge all the way around makes exiting easy and a deep seat at the end allows 4 people to gather and talk just like a spa. Over the 4 years I have had no faults with the pool. Once a year I add salt and stabilizer and I am done. You cant ask for more than that. Jill Milperra
