  I never thought of getting synthetic grass until a friend of mine suggested it and after my experience with Tim and his team I'm glad I did.
  
  I had different companies come out with their sales rep and quote my job. Some spent nearly 1 hour to run me through their sales pitch.
  Tim replied to my enquiry in a timely manner. He did a site inspection and quote and gave me examples of the different type of grass he installs.
  
  Price quoted was actually better than alot of others, no need to haggle so I went with Tim.
  
  He completed the job to a very high standard even fixed some of my landscaping edging. He took all his waste and rubbish and my back yard was looking like a million dollars.
  
  So happy with the product and final outcome. I highly recommend Australian Synthetic Lawns and Tim.

  We had Australian Synthetic Lawns install artificial turf in our backyard two years ago. We were really pleased with the lawn product - but the installation was terrible. The lawn ended up being up to 10cm higher than it was previously. We tried to address it with management immediately but instead of fixing it, they accused us of doctoring photos! As a result of the higher level of the lawn, our back patio now floods every time we get sustained rain, while the lawn stays high and dry (lol). Last March we had to have the SES sandbag the back of our house and over the last few weeks we've had to get up in the middle of the night to drain it with siphon hoses so it doesn't flood. We never had any water accumulate before their poor installation of this product. Very disappointed - would not recommend.
  
  UPDATE: To clarify - you offered to lower the level of the lawn at our expense. Instead we accepted the 15% discount you offered. I would not call this a 'hefty' discount. No water comes into our yard through the retaining walls - the water that flooded our yard came from the sky ie heavy rain (?!) There is totally adequate drainage - there are drains in the front corners of the yard, but the lawn was installed over these. Now we rip the lawn back and clear all the fill to expose the drains each time it rains. Still would not recommend.

  Whilst I never envisaged having artificial turf in my front yard, my natural grass couldn't take the ongoing assault of my 7 month old golden retriever. The results are just amazing. It is such a treat looking outside and seeing lush green grass that requires effortless maintenance. Tim and his team offered first class service from our first enquiry. Tim provided an initial onsite quote, answering all of our questions and concerns about using synthetic turf. The installation process was incredibly smooth, with little inconvenience. We are extremely happy with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to any prospective customers.
